Shipping and Returns
Lost packages
  We happily accept return items with the following conditions: Any purchase to be returned must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Special order items such as long arm cones cannot be returned. Please contact customer service for return authorization.

Lost or stolen packages: We must be notified within 2 weeks of an order that has not been delivered. We send tracking info via email when it ships. If the package cannot be located a claim must be filed with the postal carrier, ups etc. before we can refund any money or replace the goods.
Returns or lost packages
  If you have a return or received the wrong item please contact customer service at 866-829-7235 or email [email protected] to get authorization to return the package or get the item correction.
